Overview
Finders are recruiting on behalf of a leading Swiss financial institution for an experienced Sales and Segment Manager (Private Clients). Our client is a well established, stable and forward-looking bank with a strong retail presence in Switzerland, known for its customer centric approach and long term commitment to sustainable values. As part of a strategic growth initiative focused on wealth advisory, savings, retirement planning and investments, the bank is strengthening its private client business and is seeking senior external expertise to support this mission.
RoleObjective
Role Objective:
The role focuses on analysing, designing, implementing and evaluating sales optimisation initiatives, including tools, presentations, campaigns, events and training programs. The objective is to increase sales effectiveness and significantly enhance the customer experience across both personal advisory and digital channels, with a particular emphasis on retirement planning and investment solutions.
Scope of ResponsibilitiesIn close collaboration with internal stakeholders and project teams, the consultant will be responsible for increasing lead generation within financial planning, optimising the end to end customer journey in financial planning, and driving sales optimisation initiatives in the investment business. This includes the design and execution of sales campaigns, organisational enhancements, training and learning journeys, as well as the development of sales tools and standards.
The role also includes planning, organising and facilitating workshops, acting as an advisor and sparring partner for sales teams, managing sales and marketing campaigns, and ensuring structured documentation of projects and outcomes.
- Language Requirements
- Fluent German is mandatory
-Applicants with a German level below C1 will not be considered (French is a strong advantage). - Higher education in business administration, banking and finance, or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of experience in sales or segment management within a banking environment.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a client advisor in retirement planning and investment services.
- Proven track record in implementing organizational changes, sales campaigns and sales reporting.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and low fidelity prototyping.
- Strong proficiency in standard Microsoft applications
- Experience with BSI and Qlik is an advantage
- The assignment requires a workload of 80 to 100 percent.
- The initial contract duration is 6 months, with a high likelihood of extension. The start date is as soon as possible, ideally no later than 2 February 2026.
- Flexible working hours and partial remote work are possible by arrangement.
