What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Directly coach and manage field staff within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, including CEOs and General Managers
  • Implement and execute Account Plans for assigned owners to drive business growth
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to profitable sales
  • Collaborate with channel partners to maximize sales growth and achieve key performance indicators
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or an agricultural-related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry or direct sales/marketing experience, with 1‑2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of growth in value‑added product sales
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a cross‑functional team effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in all aspects of cooperative business portfolio, including Energy, Grain, and Ag Inputs
