In this role, you’ll meet with union and association members via Zoom who have requested information about their permanent benefit options. You’ll explain coverage in simple terms, answer questions, and help families complete enrollment.

All appointments and leads are provided — no cold calling, no prospecting.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled Zoom appointments with pre-qualified members
• Explain benefit programs clearly and professionally
• Help families select coverage that fits their needs
• Maintain organized follow‑up and documentation
• Follow our structured training and leadership system

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be a U.S. resident
• Coachable, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently from home
• No experience required — training provided

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor
• 100% commission (uncapped)
• Performance‑based bonuses
