Position OverviewInside Sales Representative – Responsible for proactively building client relationships and exceeding revenue objectives. Full‑time, mid level (2+ years) inside sales role requiring cold calling and warm follow‑up with potential clients. The position calls for a high‑energy relationship builder who can identify key client managers, navigate business terms, and secure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Remote - On Target Earnings: $80,000‑$100,000 annually (base + uncapped commission)
- Interact with small to medium size business owners to offer Marketing Solutions, targeting child and senior care facilities.
- Maintain a consistent and balanced pipeline of opportunities and close deals through the sales cycle.
- Monitor daily volume of calls, messages, and touch points.
- Achieve individual sales goals/quota on a consistent weekly and monthly basis.
- Possess in‑depth understanding of company services/products, industry trends, and competitive landscape with a focus on value.
- Work closely with the management team to analyze sales and financial metrics while retaining your book of business.
- 2+ years in B2B sales is required.
- Experience with cold‑calling sales is required.
- Must commit to 100 dials, and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time, each day.
- Organized and process‑driven in approach and prioritization of targets & tasks – able to manage activities across the sales cycle.
- Problem‑solving & closing skills – ability to handle objections, persuade, and consistently close deals.
- Ability to maintain accurate information on each account in a sales automation system.
- Motivation, drive, and a self‑starting mentality – requires a high level of activity and resilience.
- Quiet, dedicated space that allows work free from distractions.
- Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps.
- Collaborative mindset – interact with groups to achieve success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, hardworking demeanor with a constant “what’s up next?” mentality.
- Comprehensive training: during the first three weeks, no more than 2 full hours of training may be missed.
