Location: Remote - England (North-East Preferred)

Travel: 2-3 days per week on average; flexibility required.

This is a national role with clients in-contributing across Scotland, Cornwall and everywhere in between.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our client relationships — building trust, driving results, and helping holiday parks deliver unbeatable connectivity experiences. You’ll spot opportunities, solve challenges, and make sure every client feels like they’re our only one.

• Build brilliant, long‑lasting relationships with park operators across the UK
• Deliver seamless onboarding and ensure every client hits the ground running.
• Spot growth opportunities through upsell, cross‑sell, and referrals.
• Drive owner sign‑ups via smart campaigns and operator engagement.
• Work closely with our engineering, support, and commercial teams to deliver on promises.

• Experience in account management or client success
• People skills that build instantપ rapport and lasting trust.
• The ability to translate tech talk to real‑world business value.
• A proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
