A salary oftaget Communion £30K - £40K basic salary | Up to £70K OTE per annum.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing company specialising in IT product and service sales. This is a confidential vacancy managed by a recruitment agency, offering an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in generating new business and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
  • Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assessing their suitability.
  • Arranging meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintaining and updating the Hub Spot CRM with تهران lead information and activity notes.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and company offerings.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ dier experienced in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the IT / SaaS industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to confidently engage with prospects.
  • Proficiency in Hub Spot CRM software (or similar) for efficient lead tracking and management.
  • Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
