SummaryThe Sales Development Representative drives top‑of‑funnel growth for a defined product or segment. Responsibilities include identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects through inbound and outbound prospecting, and generating qualified opportunities that feed the pipeline and revenue engine.
Responsibilities- Generate business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, using email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns.
- Research and qualify prospective clients, assessing needs, challenges and readiness to engage.
- Create and execute outreach sequences, including personalized email campaigns!!)
- Engage existing customers to uncover cross‑sell or expansion opportunities as applicable.
- Educate and nurture leads to progress them toward a qualified meeting or next step in the buyer journey.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date lead and activity data in CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and other teams to refine lead‑generation processes, messaging and workflow improvements.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, sales‑qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution. - Participate in ongoing training, coaching and skill development.
- Experience in sales development, business development or outbound commercial role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic, remote‑friendly environment.
- High self‑motivation, organization and capacity to juggle multiple outreach activities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline‑generation targets.
- Autonomous decision‑making and proactive problem‑solhey.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth orientation and adaptability to change.
- Strong written communication skills, including crafting compelling横> outreach messages and campaign sequences.
- Experience in HR tech, fintech or high‑growth startup environments is beneficial but not required.
- Full professional proficiency in English & German.
