- Lead all business development activities, including door knocking, networking, and client outreach to generate new instructions.
- Conduct property valuations and viewings in collaboration with the office team.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial client engagement through to successful completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to expand your network and secure ongoing instructions.
- Contribute to team growth by actively seeking new business opportunities and client instructions.
- Attend relevant networking groups in Oxford.
- Proven motivation and proactive attitude; the ability to 'pick up the phone' and actively seek new clients in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the resilience and drive to succeed in outbound sales activities.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for door knocking and client meetings.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, or a related industry is essential.
