National Account Manager – Food Service
Location:
Remote working – ideally central UK based with good motorway access
An established, premium UK food manufacturer with a rich heritage and strong sustainability a wonderful opportunity for a National Account Manager to join the commercial team, focusing on Food Service. The Food Service division is a key growth area, with products supplied nationally and internationally across food service, retail, travel, and export channels.
Reporting into the Food Service Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of food service accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Driving growth within existing customer accounts
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular face‑to‑face engagement as well as virtual contact
- Developing new business and increasing penetration into new areas
- Planning and executing promotional activity in a structured and organised way
- Representing the brand with energy, professionalism, and passion
- Experience managing Food Service accounts for a food manufacturer
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A proactive, hands‑on approach to customer management
- Energy, spark, and enthusiasm – someone who goes the extra mile and enjoys building relationships
