Sales Executive - Remote - HartleyCo

Basic Salary: £26,000 to £30,000

OTE: £38,000–£45,000 per year.

High performers: £50,000+ achievable with consistent closing.

WFH Situation: Fully Remote, Occasional Travel  Malvern

You’ll manage the complete sales process: from cold‑calling and qualifying law firms, through to product demonstrations, follow‑ups and closing the sale.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for a confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and close deals independently.

• Source and contact potential law firm clients via cold outreach and outbound campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and identify decision‑makers (Partners, Compliance Officers, Practice Managers).
• Deliver remote product walkthroughs using Teams to demonstrate the company’s value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals directly.

• Some B2B telesales or SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success closing deals end‑to‑end.
• Strong communication and objection‑handling skills.
• Confident presenting software solutions to senior professionals.
• Self‑motivated and resilient comfortable in a start‑up environment.
• Experience MACH selling to law firms or professional services (advantageous, not essential).
