We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
About the roleYou will be managing the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, including business development to build and establish new professional relationships, as well as proactive candidate resourcing via Linked‑In, job boards, adverts and referrals.
You will be required to use selling and negotiation skills on multiple levels from sourcing/feedback to offer stages.
Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Develop new professional relationships through business development.
- Source and attract candidates via Linked‑In, job boards, adverts and referrals.
- Negotiate offers and close deals.
- Desire to work in a sales environment and previous experience in sales or a target‑based environment.
- Complete fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Additional fluency in Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Polish welcomed.
- Competitive, uncapped commission structure.
