Business Development Manager – Fibre to Business

£38k Basic inc. Car Allowance, £63k OTE + Benefits/Expenses

3 roles which are home based covering Midlands, Lincolnshire, Essex & East Anglia (Norfolk/Suffolk) regions.

Our client supply Business Broadband to local areas across the UK and are currently recruiting Business Development Managers selling in the above geographical area. They use their own fast and stable full fibre network, to offer homes and businesses reliable ultra-fast broadband.

This is primarily a field-based sales role with telesales appointment generation and outbound activity to maximise outreach. Your target markets will be to Business Parks;
Reseller & Channel Partnerships and Multi-Stakeholder Management businesses in the specified geographical region. You will engage and influence multiple decision-makers, proactively prospecting, booking appointments and generating new opportunities across SME and mid-market segments. You will build relationships with landlords, managing agents, occupiers, and park associations as well as recruiting, on-boarding, and managing new reseller and channel partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business in a B2B Sales environment (telecoms, IT, or connectivity preferred) and consistently exceeding sales targets. You will have experience in selling IT solutions into strategic customers, i.e. resellers, business parks, commercial landlords, property developers. As well as having demonstrated the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex deal cycles.

Having a strong hunter mentality who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing deals is essential.
