Position: Inbound Sales - Belgium - (Dutch speaking)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support prospects through Alan’s online buying process by advising on relevant insurance products
  • Close contracts with single-member companies and very small businesses to increase market presence
  • Develop expertise in insurance products and competitor offerings to effectively address questions and objections
  • Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring follow-ups and meeting service-level agreements
  • Contribute feedback to improve the self-serve experience and overall product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch; bilingualism is a plus
  • Strong active listening skills to understand and address prospect needs
  • Proven ability to drive a sales cycle and create a sense of urgency
  • Basic analytical skills to evaluate self-performance and sales metrics
  • High willingness to learn and ambition to build a career in sales

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in insurance or healthcare
