Position: *MARCH START* Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home insurance
  • Evaluate risk and confidently close sales while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
  • Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also working independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with a strong ability to negotiate
  • Previous sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to work in a distraction-free environment
  • High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in handling objections and closing sales effectively
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and its standards
