- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations and act as a trusted advisor
- Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
- Experience with Sales Force/CRM technology and telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Proven track record of success in revenue growth and customer relationship management
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
