We provide the leads; you bring the heat! Currently we are averaging 40+ leads per day, hence why we need your help. We’re looking for a dynamic conversation starter who knows their way around a satellite install, or can learn it quickly.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming sales calls with energy and expertise.
- Call new leads with the intent to get installation as quickly as possible.
- Navigating our CRM software to keep track of customer interactions.
- Utilizing our dispatch software to coordinate installations.
- Managing data and schedules in Google Sheets.
- Excelling in a fast‑paced environment and multitasking like a boss.
- Bring your friends! We need 5‑6 people to match demand (Not MLM – just growing fast).
- Fully remote work – your home is your office!
- Flexibility to live & work anywhere on any US time zone; we especially like CST or EST.
- Commission‑only compensation that rewards hard work and dedication.
- You should be technical.
- You should be disciplined and a self‑starter since you will be fully remote.
- You should be over‑communicative. You’ll produce a daily report of what you’ve done.
- You should have prior experience with phone sales and managing orders.
- A fast learner and a quick navigator of various computer programs.
- Excellent at communicating and managing time.
- Ready to take on challenges and turn new contacts into take‑home commission!
