They partner with thousands of corporates and SMEs globally and have consistently achieved strong double‑digit growth over the past three years. The business is now scaling internationallyازل, with recent expansion into the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe, and they are looking for builders who can support this global vision.
OurClient’s Vision for Europe:
Our client is expanding in the European market very aggressively, with >$3 Mn investment being parked and approved for the European market to sustain the early years.
Our client aspires to build north of 20 Mn USD revenue in the next 2-3 years across Europe. The plan in Europe is to land with E‑invoicing product (which is a global trend) in Belgium.tvand then expand to other countries, with France, Poland, Germany and Spain being countries of immediate focus.
Responsibilities:- Build a deep understanding of the company's products and position it as the partner of choice for CFOs and finance leaders in large enterprises.
- Drive new logo acquisition through strategic outbound, partner networks, and referrals.
- Navigate enterprise sales cycles end-to-end — from first conversation to signature — engaging with multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Build compelling business cases and tailored value propositions to solve critical tax and compliance problems.
- Negotiate and close enterprise contracts efficiently while ensuring predictable revenue realization.
- Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene for accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Native German speaker with business‑level English
- Minimum 3+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS / Fintech / Tax / Compliance sales experience
- Proven success in acquiring new enterprise customers and exceeding quota
- Strong network and credibility in the German enterprise landscape
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills at C‑suite level
- Willingness to travel frequently for face‑to‑face enterprise engagements
- Ambitious, strategic mindset — excited by the potential to scale into country leadership
