• Drive net new business for the employer as an Account Executive
• Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
• Proactively respond to potential client inquiries and follow-up questions
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client experience and support
• Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process

• Fluent in German and English
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and ability to achieve sales quotas
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Ability to confidently make cold calls to build sales pipelines

• Previous experience in the HR industry
• Familiarity with remote work environments
• Demonstrated success in qualifying opportunities with multiple key decision-makers
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
