Are you a go‑getter looking to dive into the world of sales? Sys Aid is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.

In this role, you’ll work with our seasoned account executives to research and build a pipeline in new sales territories. We’re looking for professionals with strong organizational and follow‑up skills who work well in a team environment. Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degree will enhance your candidacy for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Set qualified meetings for our Account Executives through cold calling to targeted accounts
  • Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e., adding contacts, sending emails, and strategic cold calling)
  • Conduct high‑level conversations with Senior Executives in potential prospects
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate features/ services
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and close business!
Requirements
  • 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in outbound sales with a SaaS background.
  • Previous experience in lead generation or sales prospecting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills, and you thrive in a team environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is advantageous.
