• Proven success in building relationships with key decision-makers and driving successful client outcomes
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience
• Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

• Experience in the HR industry is a plus
• Familiarity with remote work environments is considered beneficial
• Proven ability to forecast sales to achieve monthly targets
• Aptitude for building trust with clients and acting as an advisor
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads through various outreach methods
