Position: Key Accounts Representative (Hybrid)

As a Key Account Representative, you will be the main point of contact to our customers. Your goal will be to manage our high-volume accounts, government, or municipal accounts; or span across multiple channels. Your success depends on your ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships.

  • Your Responsibilities:

  • May have multi-country account responsibility
  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers; including the customer’s C-suite level
  • Continually seek opportunities to expand the share of wallet
  • The key account role is responsible for the growth and profitability of its portfolio of accounts assigned to him/her
  • Utilize sales tools such as Microsoft Office and Sales CRM (customer relationship management tool)
  • Follow defined sales process
  • Your Skills :

  • Strategic thinker to meet client’s objectives and drive business results.
  • Excellent computer skills i.e. MS Office, both Mac and PC environments
  • Communicate internally with key stakeholders and groups to ensure a great customer experience

    Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5-10 years’ experience in sales and customer relations preferred
