Role DescriptionThe Regional Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations within the region, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, and driving the adoption of NHMS products and services. The role also involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, managing a sales team, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and engagement.
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of healthcare technology, biologics, or wound care solutions is highly desirable
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing sales teams
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on achieving revenue goals
- Travel flexibility to meet with clients within the assigned region
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications or a healthcare background is a plus
