Role OverviewAs a Customer Sales Advisor – Outbound (Glasgow), you will work remotely from home, engaging customers in our virtual contact centre to provide protection plans for household electrical items. You will explain product features, address questions, and ensure the best outcomes for customers while meeting regulatory and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a fast‑paced outbound sales experience, meeting FCA regulations.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly, avoiding jargon or misleading language.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and recommend suitable protection plans.
- Handle objections, manage rejection, and adapt to regulatory changes in a calm, positive manner.
- Maintain accurate records and achieve sales performance targets, earning a competitive salary and OTE bonus.

- Starting salary of £24,500 per annum.
