We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our scaling European sales team. This remote, UK‑based role focuses on selling cloud‑based Enterprise ERP software solutions to large organisations across the UK, Nordics and the Benelux region. You will drive revenue growth by cultivating relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and selling cutting‑edge software and transformative project‑based ERP cloud services to high‑profile Enterprise clients across a multitude of vertical markets.

- Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed sales quotas in the region, targeting large enterprises and building them into strategic accounts long term. Executive both new acquisition and account development (50/50 split). - Lead Generation &
Qualification:
Identify and engage with new leads and prospects within the region through inbound and outbound efforts. Qualify leads effectively to ensure alignment with enterprise solutions. Dedicated BDR & marketing support available. - Relationship Management:
Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders at C‑suite and senior executive levels. - Solution Selling:
Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and present enterprise software products in a way that drives customer interest and engagement. - Contract Negotiation:
Lead complex sales negotiations, working closely with legal and finance teams to secure favourable terms and conditions for both the client and the company. - Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Partner with Customer dentro Success, Pre‑Sales Engineering, and Marketing to ensure smooth handovers and long‑term client relationships. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates in the CRM system haast. - Market Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the competitive ERP landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies within Europe and the Benelux to position the company as a market‑leading integrator, platform, and solutions provider.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in B2B enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- ERP or related software experience (SCM/CRM/PLM/HCM) is ideal.
- Strong experience selling enterprise software solutions to large organisations in the Benelux region.
- Able to execute complex £/€MM ACV deals, engaging C‑suite executives.
- Experience in a scale‑up/start‑up environment.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, focusing on SaaS and cloud adequate solutions. _purchase?li>
- Cultural Awareness: Strong familiarity with the business culture and market dynamics of the Benelux region. realtà?li>
- Technology Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) and sales tools to manage pipelines embeddings.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (preferred but not essential).

Fluent in Dutch and/or Flemish with excellent communication and presentation skills, along with fluent English.
