Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Client Performance & Relationship Manager based in Glasgow with flexibility to work from home and abroad. The role involves nurturing client relationships, driving their e-commerce performance, analysing data to identify growth opportunities, and strategising for business improvement. Responsibilities include regular communication with clients, providing performance insights, coordinating with internal teams, developing junior team members and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and communication
- Data Analysis, Insights Generation, and Reporting skills
- Experience in E-commerce Operations and Marketplace Management is highly desirable
- Proficiency with project coordination and cross-functional team collaboration
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms such as web analytics and e-commerce software
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
