TD is growing its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeks proven sales professionals for a dynamic team. The Mobile Mortgage Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to achieve professional goals while flexing your work schedule. Your mortgage development initiatives include targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to generate mortgage referrals.
• Apply targeted sales training to enhance sales skills and credit knowledge.
• Conduct joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions with a Sales Manager.
• Utilize a sales management system designed to support your success.

• Proven sales track record.
• Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to building customer base.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with exceptional quality sales skills.
• Independent, self‑managed professional capable of developing new business in a fast‑paced market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer‑service, networking and relationship‑management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication (preferred).
• Preferred language proficiencies:
  Italian, Ukrainian, Mandarin, Cantonese, German or Polish (not required).
