Job Description
- Convert inbound leads into paying customers by understanding their unique challenges in field operations and demonstrating how our solution effectively addresses them.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of target accounts, focusing on specific use cases and market segments.
- Design and implement impactful outbound sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute initiatives to minimize churn and enhance customer retention.
- Proactively identify potential churn risks and re-engage users through targeted communication and personalized outreach.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling software or solution-based products.
- Good command of English.
- Proven experience using sales tools, including CRM systems, outbound automation, and lead generation platforms.
- It's a remote position; however, candidates based in Jabodetabek will be preferred to support smoother collaboration and occasional in-person meetings.
