Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based out of Bekasi, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's products. The candidate will also be involved in analyzing market trends, creating marketing campaigns, and supporting the company’s overall growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing skills, including identifying new opportunities and building client relationships.
• Strong research and analytical skills for understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and product demands.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, branding, and using marketing tools to promote company offerings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and campaigns.
• Project management and organizational skills to effectively plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the export industry, particularly in cocoa and spices, is an added advantage.
