We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive. In this high‑impact role, you will drive ambitious growth plans in Europe, particularly within the German market. Your responsibilities will include creating and capturing new business, managing a robust sales pipeline, and contributing significantly to the future of innovative SaaS tax and compliance solutions. The role requires a proactive professional who excels at engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations to establish long‑term partnerships.
Accountabilities- Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise and mid‑market opportunities in Germany
- Build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans aligned with growth targets
- Lead full‑cycle sales processes for enterprise SaaS tax and compliance solutions
- Engage senior stakeholders to drive strategic conversations and influence decision‑making
- Collaborate with teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimise market strategies
- Proactively identify market trends and drive innovation within your territory
- 7+ years of enterprise or mid‑market B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in tax or compliance
- Proven success in hunting and closing new business opportunities
Experience selling to senior Finance, Tax or IT stakeholders - Strong understanding of ERP systems and the tax technology landscape
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Benefits
