- Familiarity with international business, payroll, HRIS, or PE/M&A environments is a strong plus
- Experience in a sales or business development role within a technology or consulting environment
- Knowledge of global HR and payroll compliance regulations
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to teams
