• Must possess a Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional sales OR K-12 classroom teaching experience
• Strong customer focus and ability to build productive relationships
• Excellent communication skills to convey information effectively
• Ability to travel frequently by automobile and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Experience in the educational market or with educational products
• Proven track record of successful sales in a related field
• Familiarity with developing business plans and customer call strategies
• Skills in planning and organizing to complete work efficiently
• Knowledge of ethical standards and commitment to integrity in business practices
