• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC controls industry experience
• Valid Driver’s License

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Expert technical experience with HVAC controls
• Proficient in Microsoft 360 applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work collaboratively with others on projects
