What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote energy-saving programs
  • Achieve daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals
  • Identify customer eligibility and successfully close enrollments
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute as an active team member in a remote environment
  • Maintain a sales-oriented approach while ensuring customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an inbound/outbound sales environment
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, outbound sales environment
  • Strong focus on customer service satisfaction with a proactive attitude
