• Support sales onboarding programs, including scheduling, materials, and tracking completion
• Coordinate ongoing sales training initiatives, covering product updates, messaging, tools, and best practices
• Assist in preparing and maintaining sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and FAQs
• Organize, update, and maintain sales enablement content in the CRM or enablement platform
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve processes and tools

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, training, or a related role
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and learning management systems (LMS)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
• Experience with content creation and management for sales teams
