Sales Specialist - Pathology Imaging at Leica Biosystems
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in our digital pathology portfolio within the Northern Texas and Oklahoma territories.
In This Role- Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team.
- Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training.
- Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
- Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience).
- Prior capital sales experience.
- Experience with or other CRM software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to travel 50‑75% overnight, heavy travel by car and flying.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lb.
- Essential vision abilities and physical tasks as described.
- Proven time management skills.
- Proven contract negotiation and high‑level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
Annual salary range: $119,000 – $138,000, with potential bonus/incentive pay. Full‑time, eligible for remote work arrangement in eligible roles.
