Position OverviewWe are seeking a results‑driven Client Partner to expand revenue within our existing business accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping customers get maximum value from continuous improvement and SaaS solutions. This role focuses on upsell, cross‑sell, and commercial expansion, working in close partnership with the Customer Success Department, who owns retention and adoption.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS account management or sales and a proven track record of growing recurring revenue.
- Manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion in partnership with Customer Success.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across Causelink licenses, training, and services
- Lead commercial and contract‑related conversations tied to expansion opportunities with existing clients
- Develop account growth plans that align customer needs with Sologic’s offerings and long‑term value
- Build strong, consultative relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
- Conduct regular business reviews to highlight ROI, adoption trends, and expansion pathways
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to support customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM tools
- Prospect within Sologic accounts to find new business opportunities
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product and service improvements
- 3+ years of SaaS account management or sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
- Demonstrated success growing revenue within existing accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to understand customer workflows and translate needs into actionable solutions
- Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Zoho) and data‑driven sales processes
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Experience working with aerospace, manufacturing, petrochemical, energy, or other highly regulated sectors
