Location: Timonium

CR of Maryland is hiring a remote, phone-based Real Estate Acquisitions Closeto speak directly with motivated homeowners and put properties under contract.

This is a high-volume, structured sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, follows a proven script, and is comfortable asking for the sale.

You will speak only with homeowners who have already requested a cash offer. No cold calling. Your job is to control the conversation, uncover motivation, present offers, and close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Take inbound and follow-up calls with motivated homeowner leads
  • Run structured discovery calls to uncover motivation, timeline, condition, and price
  • Present cash offers clearly and confidently
  • Ask for the decision and secure signed agreements
  • Follow strict follow-up protocols (calls, texts, emails)
  • Log accurate notes in CRM for all calls
  • Hit daily activity and weekly conversion targets
  • Attend required sales training, role-play, and coaching
Qualifications
  • Comfortable asking direct questions and handling objections
  • Strong spoken English with a confident phone presence
  • Able to work US Eastern Time hours
  • Coachable and willing to follow scripts and feedback
  • Comfortable being measured on activity, conversion, and results
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and headset
Compensation

$8 – $12 hourly + % of net profit per deal closed
