What you can expect
The Channel Account Manager is responsible for driving Zooms' platform sales through our reselling channel partners. The position is part of the Channel Team and reports to the Channel Leader for the Benelux, Nordics and RSA.

What we’re looking for- Havesuite 4‑5 years of channel sales experience and repeated strategic sales experience with a sustained track record of success
- Have experience in UCaaS, CCaaS and the partner business
- Have experience in handling large‑scale, complex and strategic channel partnerships
- Able to manage complex sales motions, strategic selling, and solution‑based approaches
- a can‑do personality and a positive mindset to change and learning
- Able to manage complex channel and partner engagements, maintaining senior‑level relationships, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and territories
