Energy Lounger is seeking a passionate, motivated, and purpose-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding team. We’re a wellness technology company transforming recovery and relaxation with our state‑of‑the‑art full‑body red and near‑infrared light therapy lounger.

Role Overview

This is a full‑time, remote position based in the USA. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a team, and building long‑lasting relationships with clients in the wellness, medispa, health, and fitness sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Lead and manage a sales team, ensuring performance goals are met
  • Represent Energy Lounger at trade shows, events, and demos
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across your region
  • Drive growth through CRM systems, outreach, and partnerships
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing and operations
  • Report on sales metrics and pipeline progression
What We're Looking For
  • USA‑based and able to work in the U.S.
  • Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Natural team leader who thrives on collaboration and mentorship
  • Experience in wellness, healthcare, or related industries is a big plus
  • Trade show enthusiast – confident, engaging, and excited to represent the brand
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • CRM and sales pipeline management proficiency
  • Driven, self‑motivated, and passionate about wellness and helping people
