As we continue to grow our client base, we’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in a full-time role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and lead conversion
.
This is a commission-only position with monthly quotas — perfect for someone with a hunter mentality
, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to build trust and close deals. Whether you’ve worked in construction, real estate, or another relationship-driven sales field, if you’re a persuasive communicator who thrives on results, we want to hear from you.

- Work directly with leadership and gain exposure to high-end residential and commercial construction markets
- Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, email, and social media
- Educate potential clients on Sordan Construction’s capabilities and service offerings
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and communicate value propositions
- Set appointments and hand off or manage through the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly lead generation and conversion quotas
- Support business development strategy with feedback and market insights
- Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
, both written and verbal - Self-motivated,
goal-oriented
, and organized with strong follow-up habits - Comfortable using CRMs and digital communication tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Slack, Calendly)
- Background in construction, architecture, design, or real estate is a plus (but not required)
