What awaits you

You advise and support customers in the plastics and rubber industries.
You hold full sales and profit responsibility for your customer portfolio in Italy, including key accounts.
You actively drive business growth by expanding existing business and acquiring new customers.
Strengthening and developing long‑term relationships with existing customers is a key part of the role.
You conduct market research, identify relevant market trends, and successfully translate them into business opportunities.

What we expect

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant industry experience
Open‑minded individual with a hands‑on, proactive attitude
Highly structured work approach with the ability to operate independently
Very good command of MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Fluency in Italian and English
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60–70% of the time, primarily for customer visits in Italy)
