Position Overview

• Seasonal position (start and end dates may be subject to change, thus candidate must be flexible in this regard)
• Training will be completed prior to official start date
• Daytime, evening and weekend availability required

Performance‑based salary

• Manage and complete the Spray‑Net sales process which includes
• o The customer consultation
• o Using our software to quote the job
• o Follow up with customers
• o Collect job deposits
• o Assist in colour selection (yes we’ll train you and give you the tools to do so!)
• o After‑sales support as needed with your customers
• Relationship building and maintenance
• Participation in home shows
• Mentor and coach new team members
• Promote positive brand image
• Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)
• Sport our sweet swag and look like a pro!

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Complete our online and on‑site training program
• Valid driver’s license
• Independent & self‑motivated
