This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of our partner in North America, specifically Canada, by executing the full-cycle sales process for B2B cross-border payment solutions. The Sales Manager will focus on high-velocity growth through proactive prospecting to establish a robust pipeline.
Key responsibilities include navigating complex decision-making structures, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and consistently exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Accountabilities
- Determine client needs and gain acceptance of the company's solutions.
- Prospect and generate new opportunities via various channels such as cold calling and .
- Manage the sales pipeline throughout all stages: outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Adopt a consultative approach with stakeholders while dealing with multiple decision-makers.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team for upselling and cross-selling.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the payments industry.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team player attitude, capable of working independently towards ambitious goals.
