• Achieve sales targets and meet revenue plans for software solutions in targeted accounts
• Develop and close business opportunities while collaborating with broader sales teams
• Assist in project scope development and ROI analysis using value selling techniques
• Provide formal status reports to sales management, monitoring revenue and pipeline results
• Demonstrate strong business and financial knowledge of the PLEX offering and its impact on business decisions

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in sales
• Legal authorization to work in Canada, without sponsorship
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Software and emerging technology trends
• Experience working in or selling to manufacturing industries

• 8+ years of experience selling or consulting in manufacturing industries
• Experience selling software solutions such as ERP, MES, QMS, IIoT, and data analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, computer science, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to sell subscription software solutions at senior management levels
• Bilingual in English and French
