- React quickly to market opportunities and demonstrate commercial ownership.
- Translate manufacturing challenges, like downtime, compliance, or asset degradation, into tailored solutions using our EAM platform.
- Contribute to the go‑to‑market strategy in the UK, using insights from your customer interactions to improve positioning.
- Help foster a high‑performing, entrepreneurial sales culture.
A minimum of 4‑5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally with a focus on EAM, CMMS, or manufacturing technology. - Proven track record in generating and closing high‑value deals independently.
- Experience selling to operational and executive‑level stakeholders in industrial or plant environments.
- Background in pre‑sales or technical consulting is a plus.
- Strong consultative sales skills and commercial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a scaling environment where you step up rather than wait to be spoon‑fed.
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and aligning solutions with business value.
- Willing to travel to clients, Ultimo offices and events when needed!
