About the Role:
Your mission is simple:
Ensure no lead goes cold. You will be the first point of contact for motivated sellers reaching out via postcards, Google, and Facebook. You will handle the "heavy lifting" of lead screening and persistent follow-up, allowing the founders to focus exclusively on closing deals and high-level acquisitions.
During low lead flow spurts, we may have miscellaneous tasks related to property management we may ask for assistance with, but primary focus is managing leads in ReSimpli.
Role Responsibilities:
- Live Lead Intake:
Answer inbound calls from direct mail (postcards) live using a local Lincoln, NE phone number. - Rapid Response:
Execute callbacks on digital leads (Google/Facebook Ads) within minutes of entry. - Database Prospecting:
Systematically work a "stale" pipeline of ~150 aging leads in Resimply to re-engage and convert them into appointments. - Lead
Qualification:
Use a consultative approach to screen sellers on price expectations, property condition, and motivation. - Appointment Setting:
Schedule high-quality appointments for the acquisitions team, ensuring all notes and data are perfectly logged in the CRM. - Multi-Channel Follow-up:
Maintain a relentless cadence of calls, SMS, and emails until a lead is either "Booked" or "Disqualified."
Requirements:
- Experience:
Has at least 1 year of proven track record in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Real Estate (ISA experience highly preferred). - CRM Fluency:
Prior experience with ReSimpli or similar real estate CRMs (Podio, Chime, etc.). You should be a "self-starter" who needs minimal tech training. - Communication:
Exceptional, accent-neutral English. You must be able to build rapport quickly with Midwest (Nebraska) homeowners. - Mindset:
High rejection tolerance, persistent, and organized. You enjoy the "hunt" of following up. - Technical:
Reliable high-speed internet, a professional headset, and a quiet home office environment.
