Position: Area Sales Manager  Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive growth across customer accounts, focusing on developing new OEM and machine builder relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence purchasing decisions and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct purposeful account planning and manage territory effectively
  • Educate customers on the value of company products and develop tailored solutions
  • Represent the employer at trade shows, conferences, and partner events
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BA/BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of outside technical sales experience; motion control experience with motors/drives/controls preferred
  • Must live in Wisconsin and be available for up to 50% travel
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and product knowledge
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Experience in a similar technical sales role within industrial manufacturing
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence diverse customer profiles
