Sales Support Representative

• Collaborate with Sales associates to identify the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Respond to sales calls, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and phone systems effectively

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions
• General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service
• Highly motivated with a strong ability to build relationships
• Quick learner with the ability to acquire product knowledge and processes
