Enterprise Account Executive – ENG

Founded in 2007, ENG is a BIM company that specializes in hands‑on, field‑focused BIM services. With a team of over 600 staff members, we have completed more than 5,000 BIM projects in the United States and provide MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, and a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.

The Role

Represent ENG to new and existing clients in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries, using your expertise to secure deals and establish long‑term partnerships. You will work closely with a team of 15 people in Sales & Marketing to manage the full end‑to‑end sales process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop business by leveraging your network and expanding relationships with new clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services and, where applicable, our technology products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends, then design and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Travel approximately 40% of the time (1‑3 trips per month, several days each).
Mandatory Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries and residence in the United States (any other profile will not be considered).
