What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Engage with potential customers through inbound leads, providing excellent customer service
• Complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner with attention to detail

• Utilize Microsoft Office and other tools to enhance sales and customer service efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Experience with Salesforce and Five9 is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Fluency in, both verbal and written, is a plus
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
